The Lab is generously supported by:

Hands-on activities with bilingual scientists from Duke, including:
  • Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers
  • Duke Outreach in Genetics and Genomics
  • Materials Research Science and Engineering
  • Pratt School of Engineering
  • Molecular Genetics and Microbiology

Other bilingual activities during the day include:
  • Seminar on Dual-Language learners with Doré LaForett of FPG Child Development Institute at UNC.
  • Aerospace exhibit – launch paper airplanes, design flying objects, experiment at the hover table and more!
  • Butterfly Releases – join us as we release new exotic butterflies into the Magic Wings Conservatory.
