The Museum of Life and Science currently collects personal information when someone purchases a ticket, purchases or renews a Membership or makes a donation. This information may consist of contact information (name, address, phone etc.) and transactional information (credit card #, expiration, etc.). In addition, the Museum collects email information when someone signs up for one of our e-newsletters or sends an information request via email to one of our departments.
In addition, The Museum of Life and Science collects non-personal information about the way visitors use our website. Navigational information helps us to understand which parts of the website are most beneficial to users and enables us to continue to improve the site. Non-personal information (e.g., type of browser, service provider, IP address) helps us to understand overall use of the site. None of this information identifies the user personally but allows the Museum to compile statistics about the use of the site.

In addition, we use the aggregated, non-personal information about the website usage to improve the website experience.
If you use the website to send us a question or comment, we will use your name and email address one time only to respond to your question. The Museum of Life and Science does not share email addresses with third parties. The Museum does send an e-newsletter, weekly tips, and updates. You may request to be removed from an email list at any time and information is provided in each e-newsletter to do so.

The Museum of Life and Science is committed to respecting the privacy of our guests.
